Shyam Telelink decides to deploy Alliance UMS offering, UniVersus.

Shyam Telelink goes for the world class Unified Messaging System from Alliance Infotech. The system will be deployed in full Rajasthan circle as value added services to its subscribers.

Alliance Infotech will provide Unified Messaging System and Solution (UMSS) to Shyam Telelink in Two Phases, the services will be available only to the Shyam Telelink phone subscribers. The users can access these services using: fixed wireless transceivers, CDMA, wire line or corDECT phones.

• Sending voice e-mails to any email account and Sending faxes from any G3 analogue fax machine will be deployed in the first phase.
• The second phase would see the deployments of features such as mails being read out to the users using TTS (text to speech) converters, Notification services for incoming new mails.

The system would allow users to access UMSS from anywhere in the world at anytime.
