State Education Board installs Alliance Automated Result Announcement system to declare 2003 Board result over telephone.

Alliance infotech built the automated result announcement system using the powerful Universus tool which is capable of handling 16 simultaneous calls.

The Board of Secondary Education (BSER) was set up in Jaipur on 5th December 1957 and shifted to Ajmer in 1961.BSER has taken rapid strides for promotion and development of Secondary Education in Rajasthan, spread over 3,42,239 sq. km. and in more than 6000 schools located in 32 districts involving more than 8.5 lakhs students for Secondary and Senior Secondary Examination.The Board conducts the following examinations:-Secondary School Examination , Senior Secondary Examination (Arts / Science / Commerce/ Fine Arts Praveshika Pariksha Sanskrit Shiksha.

Alliance Automated result announcement system is deployed at Ajmer.( 0145-2620011). Alliance Infotech Pvt Ltd has built the system using the powerful Alliance Universus tool. This system can handle 16 simultaneous calls. On an average the system receives 2000 calls/ day. A student can call from anywhere, anytime from fixed line or Mobile phone and listen to his/her result by keying in his roll number. System has been designed to support both Hindi and English language. System also lets BSER monitor the number of calls coming. System has been working since 45 days and has handled more than 75,000 calls.
