Computer Telephony Professional (CTP) Certification Program
|
|
An individual who has achieved and maintains CTP status is an expert in the field of Computer Telephony. He or she has developed and demonstrated the knowledge and skills to successfully interpret customers’ requirements, understand complex, multi-vendor computer telephony systems, and quickly assimilate working knowledge of new CT products. CT Professional status is achieved by completing Two core courses and One solutions course, together forming the foundation of the CTP program. Certification is granted by successfully clearing the required modules CTP status is maintained by completing re-certification (specialization) courses, which are offered in the fields of emerging technologies. Most CTPs will want to have CTP credentials for specific solution areas. These credentials tell prospective clients and customers that the Professional has specific knowledge that certain vendors require in order to work with particular products.

Prerequisites

Basic Skills Requirements:
Working knowledge of your operating system, Installing application software, creating directories, as well as copying and moving files.
