Telephone Access
Our telephone user interface is designed to provide complete access and control of all your messages--voice, fax, and email. With one phone call, you'll hear how many new voice, fax and email messages await you. You have the option to listen to all of your messages or only a specific type of message. Plus, we offer flexible message ordering, saving you even more time by letting you decide which message to listen to first. UniVersus™ also allows you to connect with a sender of a message for a live conversation with the touch of one button, easing your message handling on the road.
You can also save time by selecting multiple messages and processing them all with one command. If you have just enough time to listen to your messages, but not respond to them, you can quickly select all of the messages which require immediate attention. Then with one command, you can forward them all to a co-worker with a single voice annotation..
Unified Notification
UniVersus™ also contains a sophisticated message notification system. Using rule-based message notification, you can tell the system to notify you of messages during specific times, to notify you only of specific messages, or messages from specific senders. UniVersus™ provides the same kind of control over message forwarding. It lets you forward messages to another mailbox, or fax machine automatically. While you're on the road, you can tell the system to automatically forward all of your fax messages to your hotel fax machine, or all of your urgent voice messages to your assistant.
Computer Access
UniVersus™ also includes support for the Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Domino web clients. Using either of these programs allows remote access to your voice, fax, and email messages through the Internet. Or use the "pack and go" feature and connect in the office or hotel room, download your fax and voice messages along with your emails to your laptop, then process them off-line when you have a chance. The voice and fax messages are automatically sent along with your email when you reconnect and synch your laptop up to your main system.
