identification number and asked to call in from the job site to register working
hours. To curb fraud, voice recognition is used to identify each employee. The
system automatically compiles time reports and payroll data as well as overtime
and job status.

Track the status of supplies both on and off the construction site. Track
delivery dates through an automated registration system.
Inspection Scheduling
Inspectors who must schedule visits to construction sites can schedule their
visits automatically by dialing into a voice processing system and selecting
from a menu of available days and hours. A computer can print a weekly schedule
for the site supervisor, and the job foremen can be supplied with copies.
Voice Messaging With Integrated Paging
Callers leave messages for personnel working at a construction site. Workers are
assigned a personal mailbox and can dial in and retrieve their messages. An
integrated, automated attendant lets callers page different zones on the site
when they need to speak with workers.
